🌱 The Tease
Don't announce. Don't explain. Make them lean in. Week 1 is about building curiosity before the curtain drops.
Something's been in the works for a while now, and I can't keep it to myself much longer.
Drop a ✍️ below if you're a pen-and-paper person who also lives in 47 digital apps.
(You'll want to stay close for this one.)
You need your apps.
Neither one talks to the other.
Swipe if this is your life right now. I promise I'm not just calling you out — I'm building the solution.
The gap between your handwriting and your digital life is about to close. 👀
Save this post. You'll want to come back to it.
Slide 3: "Then you type it into your calendar. Then Asana. Then again somewhere else." (frustrated energy)
Slide 4: "What if you only had to write it once?" (forest green, gold text — teaser)
I've been asking this question a LOT lately (with good reason), and the answers are so interesting.
Drop your answer in the comments — and if you chose option 3, you're exactly who I built this for. 😉
Something is coming that's going to make a lot of sense very soon.
✨ The Introduction
Drop the curtain. Introduce the planner. Launch the website. Give them something to feel.
Entrepreneur
Planner
Watch it live everywhere.
Introducing The Synced Entrepreneur Planner — the world's first physical-digital hybrid planner that syncs your handwriting directly to your digital tools.
Write it in your planner. Watch it land in your Google Calendar, Asana, Notion, or whatever system you actually use.
One write. Zero re-entry. Total clarity.
This has been months in the making and I am so ready to share it with you. The link to find out more is in my bio. 🔗

by hand.
It shows up
everywhere else.
Swipe through for the full breakdown. It's honestly simpler than you'd think, and way more powerful than it sounds.
Physical planner. Companion app. AI-powered handwriting recognition. Your whole digital ecosystem.
All from one write. 🤯
Drop your favourite digital tool in the comments — I want to know what I'm syncing you to.
Slide 3: Step 2 — Scan with the companion app (phone icon)
Slide 4: Step 3 — AI reads your handwriting (sparkle/brain icon)
Slide 5: Step 4 — It routes to your tools (Google Cal, Asana, Notion icons)
Watch it live
everywhere."
Write it once. Watch it live everywhere.
No more re-entering the same meeting into three apps. No more sticky notes that disappear. No more choosing between your planner and your phone.
Just write. And let everything else catch up.
Save this if it speaks to you. 🔖
🔗 The Connection
Meet Plink. Meet Paige. Get personal. This week is about building real emotional connection with your brand and your people.
Plink is our very enthusiastic (slightly obsessed with organisation) little ink drop mascot — and honestly? They're everything I aspire to be.
Plink celebrates every single task that gets completed. No win is too small. No deadline goes unnoticed. And Plink WILL dramatically cheer when you finally sync your handwritten to-do list to your calendar.
Their motto? Small steps, big wins. 💛
Say hello in the comments! What's the first thing Plink would celebrate for you today? 👇
Plink is… not chill about this. And honestly, neither are we. 🤣
This is what we're building — a planner that works as hard as you do, even after the pen leaves the page.
Follow along so you don't miss the launch. 🔔 And send this to a fellow planner-app chaos merchant.
Middle (3–18s): Quick cuts — hand writing in planner, phone scanning, apps updating, Plink cheering graphic
End (19–25s): Plink + tagline "Write it once. Watch it live everywhere."
Audio: Trending audio or satisfying productivity sound
love a planner,
and live in your apps.
Swipe through and see if this sounds familiar. (Spoiler: it will.)
The Synced Entrepreneur Planner was built for exactly this kind of chaos. The beautiful, ambitious, slightly-too-many-tabs kind.
Tag a fellow entrepreneur who gets it. 👇
Slide 3: "You have 4 notebooks, 3 apps, and no idea where Tuesday went" (humour)
Slide 4: "You're not disorganised. You're just between systems." (empathy + reframe)
Slide 5: "There's a better way now." + planner visual + CTA
I'm also a pen-and-paper person who lives in digital tools. And for years I thought that was just... my problem to deal with.
Turns out it's everyone's problem. So I'm building the solution.
The Synced Entrepreneur Planner is the thing I needed and couldn't find. And I'm building it in public, with a community of people just like us — so if you've ever felt stuck between your planner and your phone, you're in exactly the right place. 🙏
Come say hello. What's your current planning system? ↓
🚀 The Build
Turn warmth into action. Drive people to the waitlist, the community, and the Kickstarter. Close the month with a statement.
Founding
Collective
The Founding Collective is where the real conversation is happening — the people helping shape The Synced Entrepreneur Planner before it launches to the world.
Inside you'll get:
→ Early access and behind-the-scenes updates
→ Input on features and design
→ A chance to beta test before anyone else
→ A community of people who actually get it
We're growing, and spots are limited while we're still in development. Link in bio to join. 🔗
See you on the inside. x
a stationery
brand.
technology.
The Synced Entrepreneur Planner is not a stationery product. It's not a pretty notebook. It's not a journal.
It's productivity technology — in physical form.
AI-powered handwriting recognition. Multi-tool routing. A companion app. A physical product that connects to the digital systems your business actually runs on.
The notebook is just the beginning. Swipe to understand what you're actually looking at. 🤯
Still works as a standalone planner too, by the way. The physical product is genuinely brilliant on its own. The tech just makes it extraordinary. 🙌
Slide 3: The tech stack — AI, OCR, companion app, routing engine icons
Slide 4: "This is a global habit we're building." + website CTA
coming.
We're heading to Kickstarter to bring The Synced Entrepreneur Planner to life — and the people who register their interest first will get:
→ Early bird pricing (seriously good)
→ First access when we go live
→ The chance to be part of the founding story
This is a global habit in the making. And I want you in it from the beginning.
Head to thesyncedplanner.com.au and register your Kickstarter interest now — link in bio. 🔗
Drop a 🚀 in the comments if you're in!
It's a global habit.
And we're building
the hybrid."
This isn't a niche product for a niche audience. Writing things down is a global habit. And until now, nobody has built the bridge between the pen and the phone.
That's what we're doing.
If you've been following along this month — thank you. Genuinely. The messages, the comments, the sign-ups, the people joining the beta... it's more than I expected and exactly what I hoped for.
We're just getting started. 💛
